**Customer Withdrawal Policy**

At Picobello Australia, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 5 working days from the date their order is received. To cancel, a written justification should be submitted via email within the specified timeframe. Please note that this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications, to personal needs, or to items purchased at special prices after the purchase date. In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return the benefits received; if products are not returned in full or are in a deteriorated condition, compensation will be required. To avoid compensation, please do not use the goods and ensure they remain unopened. Transportable items should be returned at the customer's expense, and all withdrawal notifications should be sent directly to Picobello.
